If I am discharge on basis of inefficiency not passing cpl promotion exam. In less than 15 years will i get any exservicemen quota in civil post
Yes. You will definitely get a reservation. Reservation is upon your service which you have served not on your discharge / dismissal. No one can discriminate upon this ground if they do so then that will be in violation of the constitutional provisions of equality
