Denial of anticipatory bail in case of section 392 Indian Penal Code.

23-May-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
My friend took lift from mall from a biker. At the red light both were stopped by police and biker ran away leaving behind the bike and a mobile phone in my friend's possession. The police arrested my friend under section 392 IPC. The phone was stolen from its owner 2 days back near the same mall by the biker who ran away. Even the bike does not belong to the biker. But, my friend has been arrested and anticipatory bail has been denied. What should I do to help him. Kindly, enlighten and help.

Hi,
Incase your friend has been arrested then application for anticipatory bail wont sustain.

Dear client,
This all may be adjudged only after going through FIR and involvement in concerned case. If Anticipatory bail has been rejected by Court below ,then It can be moved at High court.

You may consult for the same or any legal advice.
