Is Anticipatory Bail Necessary While Going Quashing Of FIR

I just want to ask that the status of my case is such that charge sheet has been submitted in the march month of 2026 and the edvocate submitted anticipatory bail right after a month of submission of the chart sheet which got rejected in the sixth month of this year now I am planning to go for the quashing what should be my strategy with my anticipatory bail and my parents anticipatory bail should I seek or not?

After the rejection of the Anticipatory Bail the law cannot restrict to avail the quashing of the proceedings of the case. Yes, you can avail quashing of case in accordance with law after filing of the charge sheet even your Anticipatory Bail was rejected. For better understanding you may connect on call.

hello sir, FIR kis mukadme se sambandhit hai aur sambandhit mukadme mein abhi kya chal raha hai kahin aapka mukadma 498 arthat dabali Se juda hua to nahin hai isiliye aap apne father mother ki anticipatory bail kar aana chah rahe hain please Puri baat bataen

Quashing of chargesheet / Discharge application are the options available to you, and anticipatory bail also depends on the sections that are imposed on you in the chargesheet. Whether your case is a fit case for quashing or not depends on the facts if the case and if they fall within the paradigm of 7 categories enumerated in the Bhajan Lal case.

In which sections was the FIR registered, and what are the sections which are mentioned in the charge sheet? if it's a matrimonial case, then write down the sections, and we'll update you accordingly, without knowing the actual allegation, it is very difficult to tell you the fate of the case.
