Q: i have a query related to the issue of cheque bounce

what should i do my cheque got bounced, when i recieved my payment from the cheque

Cheque Bounce is defined under Section- 138 of the Negotiable instruments Act, 1881. If you have received a bounced cheque then you have 2 options. You can send the person a notice and if you do not receive any response within 15 days then, You can send them a Legal Notice, by filing a complaint in Court.



Q: Anticipatory bail in case of summon by a court.

A Summon has been served as an accused under sections 120B and 420 of IPC and Sections 8 d and 13(2) Section (1)(d) of PC Act 1988, to appear for answering. Do I need to get anticipatory bail before appearing in the court?

Under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code there is a provision for a person to seek 'Anticipatory Bail'. This means that an individual can seek or request to get bail in anticipation or in expectation of being named or accused of having committed a non-bailable offence.

An fir is lodged against me under section IPC 323 ,504, 506.If the fir is quashed by high court .Does quashed fir creates problem in govt job.

Q: company did not cleared pending salary of three months

Company did not cleared salary and neither provided relieving documents. Sent legal notice which they refused to accept. Made complaint to labour court but no action was taken. Have dropped mails and reminders but to no use.

Q: Few months back I have put conjugal rights case since my wife did not return from her mothers place

Few months back I have put conjugal rights case since my wife did not return from her mothers place and after several mediation she did not return. The hearing date for conjugal rights case was 16-10-19 but now I have received a court summon that my wife put a Divorce case on cruelty ground-Section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act and the hearing is on 15-11-19. What I should do from my end if I don't want to continue with this relationship
