Greetings,. Do engage a lawyer and take his expert legal opinion on your matter. Do brief him and share the relevant documents like copy of FIR or a complaint to enable a lawyer to tender his considered opinion. Do proceed as per his expert legal advice only

Dear Sir/Ma’am, If you have Cases lodged against you then you can get the Cases quashed from the High Court of appropriate jurisdiction. However, there are certain things to be kept in mind before filing of the Cases and there should be a prima facie evidence to showcase that the cases have been registered with serious irregularities otherwise even the High Court would direct you to approach the Lower Court and face the Trial.

Quashing of a case is a subjective in nature that depends upon facts of a case. Precise answer in this regard can only be given after scrutinizing the facts and documents of your case only. In quashing of a case strong representation accompanied by facts in line with settled law is necessary.
