Q: Cheated by loan company higher interest now harassing to pay it

 I have taken personal loan from bajaj at ROI 13.25 and giving the confirmation for same but they cheat me and sanctioned my loan with ROI 15.25 and deducted my emi 4257 instead of 4057 for that I paying regular EMI 4257 and file complain to grievance and almost 12 month is over no action taken by her side in this month I missed my emi due to some financial issue and right now her collection person pressure me pay your emi after that I say that my emi is 4057 I will pay this EMI as due and what is u deducted extra adjust for this time but deny u have to pay what is emi then I ask can him to show doc in which I sing or confirmation email for ROI 15.25 but they deny not showing since last 20 day and continues harnesses me and told u have to full pay emi otherwise I can do u don't think for this today they call me office by saying we resolve the issue when I reached his indore office they covered by 5 person and give the harnmess word u have to pay otherwise u suggest what I can do?

Dear,You must have second copy of sanction letter in which it is clearly mentioned that what will be the rate of interest and what will be the EMI amount. Better course is to issue legal notice to the Bajaj explaining the facts failing which you will be going to lodged a complaint before Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act 1986, for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice you will get relief. Please deposit the installment regularly as far as possible for you. If the agent of the Bajaj unnecessary pressurize for payment of EMI tell him to initiate action for recovery in accordance with law failing which you are going to lodge a Police Complaint will solve your problem.Thanking you.

Q: Who gets the money from PPF Account n Bank FD

My father n mother got separated after 20 years of marriage. I am the only child from the marriage. They never went to court for divorce n both of them were never remarried again. My father passed away without leaving a will. He has made my uncle kids as nominee in PPF account n Bank FD I want to ask do I have any right on that money n who is entitled to get the money from the PPF account if the legal hier n nominee are different. We belong to Hindu religion

Dear,I would like to inform you that the nominee cannot go into the shoes of the owner of the money, Your are having all the rights over the money deposited in the pff account of your father being a legal heir. So please go and claim. Thanks.

Q: Repayment of loan under government scheme

Sir i took loan under mukhyamantri swarojgar yojana mp 2012, the business got a heavy loss and got shut down, i am doing job in indore with salary of 15000, i asked bank to cooperate and stop harassing me and my family, i even given them offer to settle it by 20% of the loan amount,but they are not ready settle and troubling me alot. Plz suggest me. My loan amount is 8.5lac. The case is in court for morr then 1year.

Dear,Please visit the bank and ask whether there is any OTS scheme (means one time settlement) and ask them what are the benefit of the scheme for the borrowers, and try to settle the loan under that scheme, if there is no scheme please wait for the same. I want to make it clear that you have availed the loan, which is a public money, therefore, you have to pay the same today or tomorrow.Thanks for the query

Q: Want to know the logic of reserve list in recruitment

Sir I want to know when there are unfilled seats against the notification issued for a financial year and candidates are available in waiting list against unfilled seats(due to non joining of candidates in first round) then students have right to take that seats.Where we have all RTIs stating there are unfilled seats due to non joining of candidates.then what action we can take against recruiting agent. In our case IBPS conducted exam for PO5 and maintain a waiting list but after one year it does not clear full reserve list because 5 banks did not report there unfilled seats to ibps irrespective of that they participated in next year recruitment. then what action can be taken against ibps and banks.

Dear,First you made a representation in regard to your grievances before the Authority concern and if Authority fails to decide your representation within time. Than better and efficacious remedy available to you is High Court by way of filing writ petition challenging the inaction of the Institution concern. Thanks for the query.

Q: Need information regarding lawyer reference letter

I need to apply for a job in Cyprus along with opening a personal savings bank account there. They have requested ID and other documentation which I have successfully submitted but along with this, they require something called a lawyer reference letter. Can you kindly let me know if you can assist Thank you

But you have not disclosed the fact what kind or nature that reference letter should be or what contents it should carry.
