The Court directed that the amount be deposited within 10 days, failing which the courts below were directed to take “coercive steps” to secure the deposit.So my question are as follows.1.What application/remedy should be filed before the 10-day period expires to protect against coercive action?2.If the respondent cannot make the required lump-sum deposit due to lack of present financial capacity(no job at present), can he seek payment by installments from the High Court.

You can seek enlargement of time by feeling application under section 148 CPC there is a specific provision for that You can seek installments but it is the courts discretion you don’t have an absolute right But if you make a request courts normally are inclined but stillYou will have to show bolna fide by depositing some time
Q: How to prevent false SC/ST case while complaining against a SC/ST pers
A person from other colony is knotting his cow in front/ around my house from 3 years and is unfearful of any consequences. I doubt he is a SC/ST person by using the surname Solanki who are also rajputs. And a few of neighbours are also supporting him. How can I save myself from a false SC/ST complaint against me if he files. He has enough false witness who can say for him. What to do, please suggest. Tq

If you are prompt in filing your case and specifically mention in your complaint that this person threatened me with filing a false case under the said provision of law it gives you a defense You can’t per se prevent them from filing a case but you can’t always make your defense before they do so

File an application with affidavit before concern court and yourself appear in the court and say that my advocate is not ready to give me NOC and I wanted change my counsel because I am not satisfied with my present counsel

I and my friend were just gone for a walk at night after dinner, while we were coming back and were around 200 meters from our home 2 police officers stopped us and asked for our aadhar card, I gave them mine but they clicked photos of me and my aadhar, will it cause any issues in future??
