How to get divorce with wife due to family differences? Marriage held on 03.12.17. My wife is MTech and we have a girl child aged 1 yr. I am not happy with this marriage due to fights between us. Please explain with total time to get divorce and total fees including lawyers fee etc.

My wife lodges an false f.i.r. u/s 498a, 377, 354 against my brother, 323, 504, 506 and dv act. Now she is trying to fail the mediation. She lived with me or my family just for 1 one month including 15 days in her house also. After that her family members came to my house and bring her with themselves and loadged a false f.i.r. I have abundant proof to prove that the f.i.r. is false because she lived in my house only for 7-8 days. What should I do? Can there is any threat of arrest before filing chargesheet by the i.o? Or how can i remove all the names from f.i.r atleast of my family members?

No there shall not be any effect on your job...Jain budh sikh also come under the definition of hindu...and even if you become muslim or christian ...there shall not be any adverse effect ... because govt cant descriminate on the basis of religion . And bieng an sc you will enjoy the protection you have, like reservation ,as you grown up in the society assc individual ,but your children shall not get it if you change your religion and if they are of young age...

Q: A Girl Threatning me on facebook

respected sir, last day i had shared a post on my friends timeline ,we were commenting that boys are more good in computer than girls thats it and suddenly a girl (which is our classmate but even do not know her and not even on my fb frnd list) started commenting and then she msg me in inbox saying : collage mei kahi dikhe to hath pair todwa dungi and even used abusive words . i had all the proofs too shouls i go to cyber cell or just keep quite . God knows if she really hurt me i would not be able to anything...plz help me

May be that was done in sudden provocation and you can avoid if you think she was doing it just beacuse she lost her temper but if you think she is serious you can lodge an FIR against her under 503 and 504 of ipc. 66a of of it act is quashed by supreme court.

Q: Girl has filed false case U/S 313 what to do.

(1) Girl trapped our whole family in false IPC 313. We had evidence and chargesheet filed by police excluding 313. However main doc with chargesheet - hospital and doc who carried abortion is missing, this doc was present earlier. How to file RTI for same? (2) Get details of funds withdrawn by spouse from ICICI bank as she has alleged she claims forced to fund herself during this time. In actual she did not had to spend even a penny.

ask your advocate to get a certified copy of charge sheet that will cost approx 1 rs per page, Section 207 gives right to have those document free of cost to accused on behalf of which allegations are made .
