Sir I got a job on 07.02.25 in spmcil wholly owned by ministry of finance on compassionate ground and I was terminated on 30.09.25 with the reason of one of dependent family member was worked on company which was list on stock exchange it was against as per spmcil policy 2012.

Q: Need a lawyer to send legal notice for pending salary
I am a doctor and was working as a Senior resident in private medical college(Bhopal).I submitted my resignation letter on 01/08/2025 and clearly mentioned that I will serve 3 months notice period but they accepted my resignation on 4th August and relieved me from the duty. I have received my relieving cum experience certificate. It's been nearly 2 months and I have not received my salary of July month. I have already send 3 mails to HR and dean but not received any response.
