Q: I want speed trail. Its been 4 years no progress.
I was involved in a fight in a case, which led to a case, and then I have spent so much time and energy, and now I want a speedy trial. The case start in 2022 now its 2026. the acts on me are- 324,325,294,323,506,34. I know I will win the case but problem is time.

I have been married for 10 years and have two children, aged 7and 5. We have privacy concerns, interference from in-laws, lack of transparency, not having a healthy relationship and many other issues. It has become impossible for me to continue adjusting and compromising. I tried for 10 years due to family pressure and for the sake of our children, but I can't continue anymore. Please guide me on a smooth separation process considering divorce after 10 years of marriage in India. Please help me.
