Q: Seller is Denying registry after receiving money

Hi,In 2021 I bought a land worth Rs 10 lakh and agreement was expired after 11 months. Later the seller sold that land to someone else.Now in 2024 Sep , when we asked for registration he offer another land with more area plus 9 lakh rupees.Now in May 2025 , when we are asking for registration he is making excuses.What can be done here?

Have you made the entire payment and do you have any proof of it ? Has he returned 10 lakhs at that time or the seller has 19 lakhs as of now?We can institute civil suit against the seller to register the property in your name

Hello Sir, papa aur 1 chacha ne milke ek ghar liya tha jahan chacha 36 saal se reh rahey hain.3 aur chacha aur unki families papa ke portion mein reh rahey hain 36 years se kind of kabza kara hua hai. Papa is no more, passed away in 2022. Kya isme bhi 12 years wala adverse possession wala rule apply hoga? 12 years wala rule toh tenants aur owner ke beech hota hai na? Papa ne kabhi bhi koi rent ya agreement nahi karwaya tha. Kripaya batayein.

nahi yaha pr ye rule apply nhi hoga chahe rent ho ya nhi ho kyu ki vo 1 hi family ko belong krte hai or adverse possession vha pr apply nhi krta property aap ki hi rhegi owner aap k father k legal heir honge

the MP Govt has issued a circular stating that any government employee having more than two children, with the third child born after the year 2000, will be disqualified from holding a government post. However, it is also known that around 60% of government employees may fall under this category, and it is not practically possible to dismiss such a large number of employees.In such a scenario, if an RTI is filed by someone any solution Is there any circular that nullifies or provides relief ?

Employees of which department are dismissed and what post was held by them? Although the MPHC in most of the cases have reinstated the petitioner and stayed the dismissal order. There is no circular but judgments of MPHC are there in this regard.

you cannot force him to marry you nor the court can order this, however, you can institute case against him that on pretext of marriage he asked you for physical favor and also harassed you. As such you have only remedy to institute criminal case against him.

This means if you are appellant, the court has directed respondents to reply to the allegation alleged by petitioners for that notice is sent to respondents and they shall reply within 4 weeks from receipt of notice and notice is RAD means that respondent need to sign acknowledgment once notice is received by them which shall be proof of service of notice.
