Hellow sir, I am having a dispute with my brother in law with respect to property he is not providing a share in property I am sharing the detail about the property here: 1. The notary of the land is on my grandfather's name and he is no more 2. There is no registry of the concerned property on anybody's name in my family 3. The person who sold his property to my grandfather had also passed away. 4. My brother in law is carrying on the construction work on the concerned land Tell me the solution which I can use to either take the possession of that property or dial and remains with No 1

In my view ancestral property is existing in your case if I am correct than you must file a civil suit for injunction, declaration and possession. Your brother-in-law is illegally constructing on the disputed land. It is suggested that you raise dispute in the Civil court. Opined accordingly

First lodge a fir against your wife in local police station and let them investigate the matter under the procedure. First information report must be in detail which will help the police. Cyber cells are there to investigate in such matters. You can lodge counter complaint under the which is settled by the Honourable Apex court of India.

no marriages are valid until they follow the legal procedure. Marriages done before Registrar are valid and if it is done in any other manner it must be registered with the Local authority. if you are planning marriage with the girl they duly apply before Registrar Marriage and do it with the procedure provided under the law.
Q: Tenant refuses to vacate property police not taking FIR
I from Dewas MP. Last month I gave one portion of my house for rent. After 10 days when I asked my tenant to sign on rental agreement, he refused n said he will vacant house in 10 days. Since then he just giving me date but not vacating my house. Since 10 days he locked house and went somewhere. I am trying to call him but his is not responding. in your case it is opined that first made a complaint by registered post in local police station and also send a copy to the SP of your District. it will make your compliant registered then publish a public notice on the name of your tenant thereafter file a a eviction suit against your tenant before Rent Controlling Authority under the provisions of "Madhya Pradesh Parishar Kirayadari Adhiniyam" . the available remedy at present for you is advised accordingly.
Q: Case is already closed but property is still not divided
Hi, i had a parental property in Katni(M.P), i was running a case against my brothers. My father died before 2005. i have won the case against them from the civil court in 2010 and again from jabalpur high court in 2012 and gain in gwalior in 2014. finally the property has been transfered to my name. but it is still not divided between us. will this hinder the situation. as the case is already closed in high court. please let me know as soon as possible.
