Q: 498a,Maintenance, Domestic Violence and Divorce.

I have filed a divorce case against my wife in February 2021 on ground of cruality,then she filed cases against me and my family members like 498a,506,294 323, DP 3/4 DV u/s 12 and crpc 125on april 2022. Sir what will happen and how long it will take to judgement..

Q: Need help in Maintainance Money issue

After 1-2 years of my sister mariage, there sasural family members were not behaving well with her. When she saw 5 months pregnent, and she had pain issue but still there family wants him to home work. When she denied they send her to my brother house and said she dont work in this house. She gave birth by help of my big b and bhabhi and even after baby came, there family member behaviour didn't change, so my sister left home and come back to mothers house along with child and stayed for around 2 years with parental leave in office bcoz of covid. When parental leave was over, she had to relocate back but she took flat on rent and initially asked his husband for financial help as she had to take care of new born baby with flat rent money. But since last 1 year, his husband stopped sending money and now they even don't call and seek his child. (reason is just that my sister don't live there so why did they give financial help to mother or child). Please help how to get financial help.

Q: Whether i will get my money back from my husband

My husband filed section 9 against me from Mumbai after 1 month i filed 125 crpc maintenance case from Bareilly.I have 2 months old son that's why i didn't go to attend his hearing .1 year of arrange marriage only.My parents gave 10 lakh cash money but no proof and some gifts.Iam working and husband is working.Whether i will get maintenance for me and my son?nWhether i will get money and gifts back ?nWhen to file interim maintenance?

you should file interim maintenance in sec 9 (restitution of conjugal rights ) case and in sec 125 case also burden of proving is on husband whether you are doing job or not but for your children maintenance provisions are perfect so opt for it.you will get your amount and gifts back .contact for more details.
