Q: I sole a whicle through my self name but on legal agr

I sole a whicle through my self name but on legal agreement to buyer but buyer expired then his son claimed that the whicle is their father but we not receive my amount yet.an a relative of buyer is an government employee so he saying that he have much directly connection with sp and dsp etc.

senior citizen maintenance act 2007 is central act it will be provided maintaance to to mother's and father' who is not able to maintain him/herself , in the all over india , and it is depend that what is marit in the case, for furthers inquiry contract to me

There are two option ones you case lodge the FIR against him before police station, if police station does not register the can be filed Complained case before Court , and second civil remedy also available to you
