Q: Criminal Photo Holding Gun Pistal , Arm Act Related Query

Criminals threatening me and my family but I have photo of them with holding unlicenced gun pistal , that photo given by their neighborhood to submit to police station , any legal action on to find out source of photo , where I get that photo ?

Q: My father has been arrested on a fake case issues

My father was arrested on Thursday as the person who filled the case has claimed wrong reasons. The weapons he mentioned weren't used neither were there. But without investigation the police arrested my father on 326 ipc saying he used a weapon. The person also mentioned that he has a fracture but also mentions that he has to go under surgery, how is it that the fractures go under surgery of the chin. He says that there were people who helped him pull back, when we asked those people they said we werent even the part of it. How are we to get my father back?

first of all make application to IG and dig and DCP and CP that there is wrong case registered on my fatherand go for bail and first release him from the jail by full feeling the terms and conditions of the bail ordetake the certified copy of the FIR from the court and as soon as possible go to High court and file the application under section 482 of CRPC for the quashing of FIR with the reasonable answer along with evidence and witness so that your father will be safe forever

Q: Need to close criminal case within two hearing

My family is having one criminal case including me.I am working in IT sector but currently facing background verification issue due to this reason company has taken my resignation.Now myself and opponents are in discussion to close this matter with mutual understanding. I need to close this case within two hearing.is it possible?

both the party present before the court and file the terms and conditions of settlement and by consent withdraw the case.one stones and conditions filed by both the parties and matter is withdrawn by mutual understanding complainant will withdraw the case as soon as possiblebut it is depending on which type of case is filed by the complainant as per the case terms and conditions may be right down for mutual understanding and terms and conditions to withdraw the case
