I have paid entire amount as per sale agreement which includes 1year of maintenance.Now builder is still not giving keys and asking to pay gst on maintenance paid in advance

Hello, As per judgement of Supreme CourtBoth the parties shall file an Affidavit for disclosure of Assets and liabilities before claiming maintenance. Q: Loan taken from private money lender

I had taken loan from private money lender on sept 2019 of rs 200000 with the interest of 10 % monthly, I gave him two security purpose cheque only with my signature and sign a p-note. After some time l paid the loan , again I taken loan from him of rs 450000 with the interest of 10 % monthly, l paid him all the amount, now he demand illegally 1000000 of principle with monthly interest 100000 . Now he shown that he gave me a hand loan on November 2022 and bounced my cheque 1250000+500000 and demand notice send me , please suggest me what can I do, thank you

Q: Compromise vs court procedure after spending 4 years in family court..

HI TeamMy Divorce matter is going on in Local District court in pune. Its been 4 years, now the stage is Cross stage. Now the opposite party is ready for compromise. I have 2 kids custody will be with my wife. so my question is that at this stage after spending 4 years is this good time to compromise or fight till end in court and save Compromise Amount. This is an adulty case wife will not get maintenance however kids are liable for maintenance. nnSo what will be best solution. Please guide me need experts advice.

Q: Need help on 2 cases filed by my wife against me for no fault of mine.

I am married for 20 years. I was abroad and my inlaws cheated on me by fooling my widowed mother and getting me married to their mentally ill daughter. After marriage i was not sure what her problem was as i never had an affair to know a women and her behavior was weird until i came to know that she is suffering from psychic issues which were never told to us. I treated her and things were fine. Eventually we settled down in India stayed for a few years together and in 2017 we started to live separately, We have 2 daughter if the marriage. She comes from a very wealthy family and me from a middle class house. In 2021 Dec she filed 2 cases against me one is a divorce petition and the other a DV case demanding unaffordable amounts of money. I have certificate ( evaluation) and prescriptions from a psychiatrist to prove her mental ailments, Can i file a cheating case against them as they have taken due advantage of a middle class family and misused the power or money.
