Q: Seeking advice on impotency in mutual Divorce
I got married in 2015, however martial relationship never got consummated as my husband is suffering from erectile dysfunction (impotent). I stayed with him in marriage and he is now asking divorce. We are going ahead with mutual divorce but he denied that he is not impotent. How to prove it.

Are you Hindu or Muslim first tell me this . its take total 6 to 8 months . Online filing offline filling and we give the application for waver so if judge allow the divorce will be end in 2 to 3 months

I am a 30 year old women and a mother of a 6 months old. We got married in November 2023 . He works in a government institution. He has always been aggressive and controlling but I hoped that he would try to be better after getting married and having a child. It is difficult to handle this situation right now .
