Q: Neighbours noise issue and society committee issue

Hello, I live in a society, and neighbours kids constantly make noise... even at 11 pm in the night... in the common area... The parents don't do anything about it. The society administration also does nothing. We have some plants in the common area, the kids keep plucking the leaves. When we gave a written complaint to the society committee, one of the members simple tore off the letter. The other committee members didn't even object to it. What are the legal options I can take against this society committee member who tore of the letter?

Looking at the prime facie facts and circumstances at hand. you can file written complaint/FIR against the miscrepants for public nuisance and harassment with a help of professional lawyer. if this type of harassment or nuisance is faced by you from your neighbour, you can file an application under section 268 of IPC in the court of magistrate.

Q: My tenant is denying to vacate the flat.

My tenant is denying to vacate the flat and I have given a application in police station as well. However police has adviced to disconnect the electricity .Please guide whether it is the right way /legal way ?

In the given facts and circumstances. You can sent a notice to the tenant regarding the eviction. To do first you have to file an eviction notice in a court stating why you want the tenant to vacate the property. if the above stated remedy doesn't works out. and the tenant is still not ready to vacate the property . you should file an eviction plaint in the civil court with a help of professional lawyer.
