Q: Nullify Marriage under special marriage act

I was forced to do register marriage by my girlfriend under special marriage act on Dec 2020, since then we haven’t stayed together till now and I got to know later that she was lying and making up stories and got me into the marriage bond. She also was blackmailing me that she will commit suicide on my name if I don’t marry her. After marriage she started abusing me and mentally torturing me. Is there any way I can nullify the marriage? I am looking for a lawer who can help in getting me out of this mess.

dear client gather all proofs that she is blackmailing u ..and record all her phone calls / direct conversations with u.. without her knowledge about forcing you OR blackmailing you for anything..then give police complaint against her and keep proofs safely somewhere in your email so that u can use it wherever it requires.. if u keep these proofs only in ur phone.. and when u go to police station.. police may delete these proofs for favoring her... so along with in ur phone u need to keep all proofs somewhere safely. and next after lodging police complaint..next u file in the family court for Nullify ur marriage on the grounds of .. force and blackmailing.

Q: Time to get certified copies from any district court

Already 20days are over still I can't get certified copies of my matrimonial case. How long would it take to get certified copies of my M.C from Mysore district court to go for further appeal at high court?

dear client u must got acknowledgment from court copying branch while applying ur application for certified copy.. pl check with them on callon date.. and it may be getting late because of family court holidays r going on ..
