Q: Can I ask sometime for submitting the counter for petitioned filed

Can I ask time required for submitting the counter for petitioned filed. Already I asked three times to submit my counter. Is there any time limit? how it impact not submitting the counter and keep on asking multiple times to submit my counter?

If you don't submit.. it may go against you.. so you need to submit for sure.. but if it is not ready u can request to court once again for the time.. court may allow you time by imposing some Cost .so prepare your Counter for the petition and submit it .

where he is giving false statements about drugs and alcohol?? if he has mentioned in any ongoing case or at police station.. then ask him to prove it . just making false allegations will not help him any where... if he is spreading the false rumours against you infront of relatives and friends or in any social media.. then definitely you can file Defamation case against him .

Q: I want to take time for getting new laywer. Will judge accept.

From last 3 hearing i am requesting judge need some time to counter the petition, submitting witnesses to the court with out my lawyer. Tomorrow hearing, shall i absent or attent to the court and request judge i am finding new lawyer so allow me 3 weeks time? Suggest me.

yes you need to attend the hearing and request to judge for time to find new lawyer and get next date.. if u be absent court may post it for Next stage.. and it will affect to ur case ... so don't be absent..

After marriage, within a week, my wife said she wasn't interested in the marriage and wanted to leave. We communicated with her parents, who supported the marriage, and had three family discussion sessions. Still, she's not ready to accept the marriage. As a husband, can I file a case against my wife for deceiving me in the name of marriage, considering the humiliation my family is facing from society? what about the marriage expenses we incurred? I have video proof that I'm not at fault.

you should collect all the proofs of her behaviour and about not accepting marriage all call regardins messags or direct meeting recordins ..all proofs are very important..and same time...you can fill civil suit for Damages..in civil court. or private complaint ( criminal case ) against your wife in the magistrate court.

Hi, to showcase that i have EMI burden for home loan, would it help or backfire if i try to increase my EMIs until final divorce happens. Currently only 498a is ongoing with Quashing in pending. Nothing else.

burden of Home loan EMI or Increasing the Home loan will Not help you as this will comes under ur luxury and confirm life style.. so if show liabilities of Depends parents/ sis and brother's studies and marriage , insurance, PF or medical expenses.. these things may help you in ur divorce case .
