I am being defamed by some people of my society, who cyberbully me on society's WhatsApp group. They have threatened to attack me. They also have defamed me publicly offline as well. They keep harassing me.

you can file a complaint before the competent court for defamation. you have 2 remedies available against him. criminal remedy where if find guilty he will be send behind the bars and other is civil remedy where you can seek compensation from him for loss of reputation.

Q: FALSE Cross-FIR QUASHING. Need Help To Get Justice.

I had filed an FIR on a neighbour who attacked me, but she filed a false cross-FIR against me. I want to get the cross-FIR quashed and I want to see her in jail.

For quashing of an FIR you need to file a petition under section 528 of Bhatriya nyay sanhita taking ground that the cross FIR is filed with an ulterior motive of creating defence in the present case where he is an accused

माननीय, महोदय निवेदन है कि मुझ पीड़ित पर पुलिस विभाग द्वारा एक झूठा साइबर क्राइम का मुकदमा शिकायतकरता की मिलीभगत से दर्ज किया गया है।जिसमें आज 3 महीने बीत चुके है ।न ही आज दिनांक तक मुझे कोई पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारा कोई नोटिस मिला है न ही मुझे पुलिस अरेस्ट करने आई है।में एंटी सेपर्टी बैल के लिए इंदौर हाई कोर्ट में ट्राय कर रहा हु पर नं, नहीं आ रहा है में जेल नहीं जाना चाहता हु।कृपया कोई सुझाव दीजिए।मामले में जो f,i,r दर्ज की गई है वह अधिकतम सजा 7 वर्ष का है।

Before coming to any conclusion it is necessary to know all the facts that what FIR is filed against you. try to ask police officials through an advocate that what is your role in the said matter and then try for anticipatory bail otherwise the move getting Anticipatory bail will backfire you and police officials who ar e not arresting you now will have apprehend something fishy in your side

Q: Issue of fake disability certificate

3/4 candidates in X state govt exam have gotten fake disability certificate. Although I am trying to find information on them still it is difficult to get their documents. I want their medical checkup to be done in a state level medical college before Posting as after that the seats will get vacant and I'm the affected party in the waiting list. What to do that will not backfire and is legal? Where to complain? What course of action to take to get my rightful seat if they have misused the law?

try to obtain documents through Right to Information Act that will be legal and will not backfire you, if you feel difficulty in try getting help from an advocate or person having proper legal knowledge

yes, u can file an FIR against your ex boyfriend under various sections of B.N.S 2023 for blackmailing, committing voyeurism, and also Information Tecnology Act. police has power to seize his Mobile and take appropriate action against him.
