Q: False selling with hiding charges
I bought a membership in 45000 Rs. from a hospitality company which provides around 70 days/nights stay in hotels in timeframe of 5 years.They didn't tell us about AMC charge of 14000 yearly, which is cheating and fraud. I haven't used any service and asked them for refund, But they refused and said that I have to use their service atleast for once and only after that they may think of cancelling and then also they will refund only half amount.What can I do for full refund?
