Q: Brother and his wife harassing and torturing my mother

Respected sir, my father is a teacher and we are 05 brothers and 04 are living out of city.our eldest brother and his wife are living with my mother. They are torturing my mother and mentally harassing. Even brother wife threatened her to file a case of dowry. Brother wife called police to engage in fake case of domestic violence. Brother is a alcohol addict and both become abusive to my mother. My mother has a severe lungs disease too and alone at home. Kindly look after the matter as we are very anxious. What should we do?

Q: Clarification on recovery of jewelry from husband

I have filed complaint against my husband,and put case of d.v and maintenance,but my husband didn't come in court. he don't want to give my stri-dhan and compensation. i am living with my 1 year daughter at my parents house. no one in my in law family has been seen my daughter from her birth. my husband tried to show me occupied,he has logged on my income tax id with change of password and tried to increase my earning of before marriage,which was in thousand and he tried to revised in lacs. on that day i received an email from incometaxindiafiling.com regarding this suspicious activities with my income tax account. i have lodge the FIR in my near police thana,IP address has been traced of my husband's CA.now police has been put up the challan in court.pls let me now that now what will happen in court?? my husband threatening me that its not a crime to see financial data of wife in divorce case,so no one can give punishment to him. is it true? how can i recover my jwellaries from them??

Jabki muje papa ki property me nokri di gayi unki death k baad.aur family ne apsi sahmati pai paper par sabhi k signature sahit ek samjhota ya Batwara kiya gaya.jisme muje second floor par khud k kharche par makan banane ki permission di. Aur ab Makan banne par us par hadap karne ki mansha se tala laga diya.is situation me kya main second floor par banaya Makan lene ka Haq rakha hu ya nahi. Jabki makan me ground floor par 6 room 2 kitchen 2 lat bath h.aur first floor par 5 room 2 kitchen 2 latbath1 hall h. Second floor par mere Paise se banaye 2 room 1kitchen 2 latbath h.hame ghar se bahar nikalne ki k rahe h sabhi. Main kya kar sakta hu plz ans send me.
