contact, you can always transfer the matters with probable cause, aapko transfer petition filed karni padegi case ko transfer karwane ke liye, uske liye jaipur mai chal rhe case ki details aur documents chahiye honge, faridabad mai agar koi case pending hai to uske bhi documents required honge

Q: Divorce in high court pending since 2023

My wife has thick skin she has been filing cases non stop it's been 8years..I need relief she has filed many fake cases and disturbed my work and mental peace ..untill she will have fear that she can also go to jail and loose her job and custody of kids she is never going to back off ..please help high court also just giving dates after dates divorce was not granted in lower. Court i am also verge of commuting suicide now

Now due to some family dispute cousin's mother in law wants to file fake dowry case against all family members. My cousin is unemployed but I and my real brother are working in Govt. job. Our name is on Invitation card Now How can we save our job and ourself from fake case our Name is on Inv.

hello,the dispute will arise once they file any sort of case, if they file an FIR, it won't be an issue since you have the option for filing a petition in High Court to quash the FIR which is fake and frivolous, in cases where there is issue of govt. employees it is always suggested that you should file this petition to safeguard yourself.contact me for further information thanks

there is a petition that can be filed at high court for fair investigation on an FIR, high court orders, the SP/IO to investigate the matter at the earliest.high court passes an order for a representation to SP or concerned IO, if chargesheet is not filed or there is no arrest then the fair investigation order helps you out, you may contact me for further details, and the petition does not take time at all, contact me for further details.thanks
