My wife is a very quarrelsome, we r living in same society but in different flats (last 18 months). She is in Govt job and I am in private. We both take care of our kids (2 daughter 7 and 12 yrs). Few days ago she posted on her WA status "Itni Pyar Bhari baten Aur itne Bade Sapne mat dikhaya karo phale wala Bhi shaadi se phale Aisa Hi Karta Tha aur Shaadi ke bad bilkul alag nikala Main Nahin chahti Tum Uske Jaise nikal". Any possibility to get divorce on the basis of screenshot?

Yes, this is a proof and can be made admissible in evidence if not disputed by her. But it's advisable to get better proof if you want to get into this otherwise you should plan for divorce by mutual consent.

श्रीमान जी नमस्कार मेरे खिलाफ भारतीय खाध निगम द्वारा एक मुकदमा रिस्क एंड कोस्ट का लगभग 23 वर्ष पूर्व किया था उसमे मेरे खिलाफ डिक्री हो गयी थी परन्तु मेरी प्रस्तिथि बहुत ही ख़राब होने व् सुगर की बीमारी हो जाने पूरा शरीर खराब हो जाने के कारण ऊपर की कोर्ट में अपील नहीं कर पाया और समय निकलता चला गया मेरे नाम इस समय कोई भी चल अचल सम्पति नहीं हे इस कारण माननीय नियाधिश जी (वाणिज्य कोर्ट बीकानेर राजस्थान) ने अगस्त 2023 में मुझे तीन माह की सजा सुनाते हुए जेल भेज दिया जेल जाने के बाद हाई कोर्ट जोधपुर में जमानत की अर्जी पर सुनवाई करते हुए माननीय नियाधिश जी ने मूल रकम एक माह में जमा कराने का आदेश दिया जिसकी पालना करने के लिए मेरे परिचितों और रिश्तेदारों ने चंदा करके मेरी बहुत साहयता की परन्तु भारतीय खाध निगम अब ब्याज की मांग कर रही हे जबकि मेरे भी कुछ मदों में निगम पर बाकाया हे उसको समायोजित भी नहीं कर रही हे मेरी आर्थिक एव शारीरिक हालत बहुत ही ख़राब हे में 69 प्रतिशत विकलांग हो चूका हूँ और बड़ी मुस्किल से 8-10 हजार की आमदनी कर पता हूँ क्रपया मुझे क़ानूनी साहयता और सलाह प्रदान करे THANKYOU

नमस्कार जो आदेश आपके केस मैं हुआ है अगर उसमे सिर्फ मूल रकम जमा कराने की बात लिखी है और ब्याज भरने का जिक्र नही है तो आपको किसी भी प्रकार का ब्याज भरने की आवश्यकता नही है। एक बार अपने केस के आदेश की कॉपी भेजिए ताकी आपकी बेहतर सहायता की जा सके।

Q: Time taken between filing of chargesheet and first appearance

The chargesheet under sectoions has been filed by the police. How much time will it take for first appearance? How long do trials under these sections? Is there any chance of the court not taking cognizance? How often does it happen?

Too many questions and very few details. Unless we have the sections under which the chargesheet is filed, nobody will be able to help you with your queries. And also don't expect a specific answer on how long does a criminal trial last be it any section... There are so many factors responsible that a certain answer is not possible.

CAT main proper order nahi hua matlub final judgment aa gaya hain ya case abhi whi CAT main pending hain? kripya certified copy ke liye aavedan kar le agar aapko CAT ka koi order/judgment aage court main challenge karna hain toh. CAT ke Final judgments, High court ke Division Bench main challenge hote hain.
