One of my friends mother died with leaving Will. he has two married sisters and no brother. now his sisters is insisting that they should be given 1/3 of the share. That sisters don't know about the will and he don't have the no objection bond/signature about will. What is the law in this context?

if the property on your mother name you can file a case in court, first you must give complainant in police station if they will not respond you must approach higher officials @ ASP, OR DCP .IF even though it is not solved you must approach court.

Hello my parents have let their friend use our flat as a collateral for his business needs . Now we have asked the person several times to remove the property from the bank as collateral as we are required to sell the property due to family needs . However the person still haven’t responded.
