Q: Wife Not Coming To My House . Even After One Year

Hi,I am married on June 2023. After marriage I took my wife to USA in July where my job is. She was pregnant in September and I have dropped her at her native in India in October 2023.Baby was delivered in April 2024. I was there at their home for a few days .when I went to pick herup to Hyderabad. Her elder sister used unparliamentary language at me and influenced her and brain washed her and accusing me with no reason and forced her sister(wife) to speak infront of me. And I left to USA in May again. Thought she might need mother help. Now in September I am back from USA and I left my job to stay with them . Now I hear a new story. She never wanted to join with to stay. And I see that her sister influenced her a lot. Now it's been a year she is staying at her home. Please help me how can I file a complaint in police station for a councelling for her to join me and her sister not to interfere

Q: Need legal advice on girlfriend's cheating

Me and my girlfriend have 6 years of relationship. I was working in cognizant and lost it now I'm not getting job. she made fake promises that her parents don't treat her well and she will marry me only but now I get to know that she and her parents are involved in that. I gave her 2 phones which she gave to her mother and father And she made me spend more money on movies, parks, temples, hotels etc. Now she don't want me. I suffered a lot I am unable to sleep or eat my health condition spoiled

you can take legal steps by filing a cheating case if you have sufficient evidence to prove your relationship with her. for further clarification, you need to consult an advocate to rake steps against her and her parents for trapping innocent people

Q: 498 a case and maintenence issue

Hello sir/madam,n I got married in May 2021 through telugu Matrimony site.My wife has a boyfriend which I came to know with call list of both of them on August 2022,he was telling that my wife and he has a love relation from last 10 yrs,so after knowing that I left my wife in her house. In January 2023 they have raised 498 a case on me along with my parents in local ps. we both reside in Hyderabad which is very far away from my native place where my parents reside. Now tell me the options how can i take action against my wife and her family parents who knows all this issue and cheated me on marriage. Can I file adultery case on her with that call list and tell me the best ways how can in proceed in this issue?n Can I file defamation case,false allegations cases on her as she failed wrong allegations in her complaint.

you can file divorce case and cheating xase against your wife and her parents for cheating suppress of relationship and you can quash your 498A case in high court or you can file discharge petition in lower court
