Q: Need legal advice on girlfriend's cheating

Me and my girlfriend have 6 years of relationship. I was working in cognizant and lost it now I'm not getting job. she made fake promises that her parents don't treat her well and she will marry me only but now I get to know that she and her parents are involved in that. I gave her 2 phones which she gave to her mother and father And she made me spend more money on movies, parks, temples, hotels etc. Now she don't want me. I suffered a lot I am unable to sleep or eat my health condition spoiled

Q: i have doubt on my husband and now he is asking divorce

hello sir/Mam,\ni got married 9 months ago my husband and me dint meet..i have doubt on his fertility or he has extra marital affair..but i dont have any proof..but now he is asking for divorce for silly reasons like iam not listening to in-laws..and claiming for pity..and defending himself ..what can i do..please help me.

you can send legal notice through an Advocate for joining your conjugal society and failing which you can even file Restitution of Conjugal rights petition before the competent Family Court seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights

Q: 498 a case and maintenence issue

Hello sir/madam,n I got married in May 2021 through telugu Matrimony site.My wife has a boyfriend which I came to know with call list of both of them on August 2022,he was telling that my wife and he has a love relation from last 10 yrs,so after knowing that I left my wife in her house. In January 2023 they have raised 498 a case on me along with my parents in local ps. we both reside in Hyderabad which is very far away from my native place where my parents reside. Now tell me the options how can i take action against my wife and her family parents who knows all this issue and cheated me on marriage. Can I file adultery case on her with that call list and tell me the best ways how can in proceed in this issue?n Can I file defamation case,false allegations cases on her as she failed wrong allegations in her complaint.

you can file divorce case and cheating xase against your wife and her parents for cheating suppress of relationship and you can quash your 498A case in high court or you can file discharge petition in lower court

you can file petition in the competent Family Court for declaration of guardian and custodian of the child for which it is very important to know that the minor hold any immovable property on his name. you can get custody in every manner
