I want to have clear picture of mutual consent divorce process and how long will it take in Hindu marriage

Good morning, once the mutual divorce petition filed in the court 6 months cooling period will happen after the 6 months of period divorce will be granted. There are list of documents which you have to submit to the court for evidence. Q: Need help to register Marriage

We are a couple who got married in Bhubaneswar in Dec 2023, as per Hindu customs. Reside in Hyderabad for work. Both husband and wife were divorcees previously and have decree of divorce issued by courts in Hyderabad. Looking for the help with registration of the marriage, as we do not know the process in such a case.

gud afternoon to get register your marriage we have to go to registration office and also it is a one day process we need marriage photo, wedding card, Aadhar card of both parties, SSC Memo & Divorce decree require.

Q: NRI divorce with mutual consent and divorce deed

I got married in June 2022, i have applied for PR in Australia and got granted. Now the girl is not willing to stay with me, we are staying apart for more than 1.5 years. No children. I have created mutual divorce deed in-front of sub registrar of the same place where the marriage certificate was issued. Is divorce deed valid or we need to go to court to file a mutual divorce case. I cannot come to India frequently due to my job dependencies and same with the girl. Is there any way out for us.

Gud afternoon No, Divorce deed is not a valid documents and if you want Divorce you have to approach court and file petition via counsel & also both the parties need to appear twice before the Hon'ble court and incase if you're not able to come we can get it done through GPA...Thanks & regards Adv Asima

Q: Threatening to file false cases

After my sister got married her in laws father in law, mother law, and sister in law torchered her, so we brought back my sister and her son , her husband demanding to give the son or his sister (my sister's sister in law) will file false case on me and my father what can we do now
