Q: Need legal advise on wife not returning to my home

My wife’s parents called us and told that they will take her to their house for festival during October. We told her to return to our home after 4 days, they said yes and expected her return. But, She fell sick and went to hospital twice and she/her parents didn’t inform me about the reason. They didn’t even inform anyone in our home before taking her to hospital/after coming from hospital. Even after calling them so many times, they did not give a proper reason. We called her mobile and she didn’t pick up. When we call her parents, they said cold, weakness, low BP, Low Fever every other day and didn’t even gave us the prescription. They said prescription was with their relatives and didn’t even tell us the names of tablets and injections. One day, her father said she is doing good but she has mental illness. we got doubt and even recorded their calls. Now they are blaming me for not talking to her and they are not sending her to my home. Please advise us on legal action.
