Hi, My wife and I are looking to file a mutual consent divorce.We both have been living separately, in 2 different cities in India, for about 1-2 years.We don't have children, nor is there any demand for alimony. Q: How to divorce my abusive husband even if he doesn't want to?

you can file for a divorce on the grounds of cruelty and if he is not participating in the proceedings then the judge can exparte the matter and all the proceedings will happen as a one sided proceedings and you can get divorce from him.

you need file for a G&WC petition before the jurisdictional family. There you can request the judge about the custody of your son and can even request for visitation rights until and unless case is disposed.

Q: Help in Saving myself from wife.

I have a on-going contested case in court and my spouse have filed RCR (heard separately). I don’t have any kids nor property, also we have not lived under a roof for even an hour. I am bleading financially for past 2 yrs and the case is just dragging as my spouse has decided to take pleasure by watching me come to court on every hearing. I have few proofs of her roaming out and being with other guy but it’s not sufficient. I’m not lucky to meet honest Lawer’s so far, Pleaseeee Help & guide!

you haven't stayed together for a single date also then you can file for annulment of marriage side by side against her. In this way you can pressurize her also and during mediation proceeding, you can get her sign to withdraw the other case.

Q: Assistance for filing one sided divorce

Hi, I am hindu and married to my classmate, I jumped to marriage without 1st getting to know him and now there are lots of unresolved territory and I do not want to continue this marriage where we both want different things. you need to collect all the necessary documents including wedding card, marriage registration certificate if it is there, marriage photograph and local address proof along with aadhar, after all this you need file for contest divorce if he is not ready and if by any chance he is ready to go for divorce then you can file for mutual.
