How can i file for recovery from my debtors.

I have debtors of around 1 CR . they have verified my ledger on current date. I want to recover my money from them .all I have a verified statement from them and sale tax returnes and bills.

You can send me those documents by email and we can pursue them by both applying civil and criminal remedies along with recovery proceedings.Further try to further get hold of other evidences and also any other proofs.

Since you have all the documentary proofs required for filing a recovery suit against your debtors, you should first send them a legal notice to return you your money within a fixed period of time. If they don't return or deny of having any liability, then proceed by filing the recovery suit(s)

You can file suit for recovery against your debtor in the competent court. for proper advice you need to personally come with relevant documents then only I can advice you properly. If you are in delhi you can come to Tis hazari court at my office.

Firstly, you are required to send a legal notice to the person asking to make the rest of the payment within stipulated time.

Failing so, you can file a recovery suit in the concerned civil court on the basis of the bond signed.

Verified statement and bills should amounts to admission of liability. A recovery suit under Order 37- Summary may be filed against the debtors.
If debtors are companies then winding up petition may be filed.
