So before 10 days I deposit that cheque to my account but cheque is bounce because of insufficient balance. I also give some money in his father account and his sister account. I need more information like amount you have transfered in his father's account and total cheque amount etc. If it is same amount then you can give legal notice to his father witin one month from the date of cheque bounce and after can file complaint under sec 138 of n.i. act.

before my suggestion, you know that when you was give money to your friend and his father and sister...
all amount given by cheque of online transaction, how amount total give you, and what amount cheque deposited in your account given by his father.

However, you can give legal demand notice to your friend and his sister in individual, also give demand notice to his father under section 138 of negotiable instrument act 1881.
if you give money through online and and mentioned as a loan it is not money laundering, important is you charge interest or not on amount. if you did not charged interest it is clear not a not money laundering.

you may take legal action against your friend and his father and his sister
