Lended money to someone and he is not giving back..

I have lended someone 70000. He is not giving back.. I have send money through paytm.... On his brothers number... Can i take legal action?? What should I do?? His wife was pregnant and he was working in my factory so i gave him money...for the sake of humanity... But i think I was a fool.... I have already stoped helping people...
yes you can take back your money by the help of court. you can file recovery suit in the court. against him. or you also serve. legal demand notice to him. also mention his brother. name who take moNey in his account. for more information you Can contact me.
