What is the procedure of cancellation of registered flat

My flat booking date is 2009 , the said flat register on my name but due to delay possession i am surrender my flat kindly let me know the procedure of cancellation register flat

The question is not clear, but still I understanding is that you purchased flat but due to delay in handing over the possession you returned the same to the builder/owner but the document was registered and now you want to cancel the same. You may do so by executing a registered cancellation deed between the same parties

As per your query
If the builder is willing to execute a cancellation deed and repay the money that will suffice your need, but prior to executing the cancellation deed make sure you get your paid amount back.
If the builder is not ready to executed Cancellation Deed then, you need to file a suit for Cancellation of Agreement and recovery of money from builder.
