Registration of Under construction Property

15-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Is it Advisable to Register the Property and pay Stamp Duty Charges Just after Agreement for Sale Completed? as there some percentage of Stamp Duty Exemption is offered by GOvt. Or Will be better to wait till the completion until I am getting the completion certificate, occupancy certificate, and when the Mutation of the Flat needs to be done for the case of under-construction property? Please Help me Out.

The main advantage is that if you register your Sale Agreement now then in future even when the Registry Office market value will be increased, you will remain unaffected. If you wish to take my Legal opinion professionally upon online payment then can contact.
