Looking to buy a 3 bhk apartment in emaar palm hills,sector 77 gurgaon in resale,for my use. The apartments on sale are both- ready to move in and under construction What all legal documents need to be asked for from the seller? What is the process of agreement and registration?

Dear Client,
You need to sign an agreement with the seller. Our Law Firm will draft this agreement of you allow us to do so. After as per terms of of the agreement, you need to fix a date for sale registration that will be on the prevailing stamp duty on the present market rate in that area.

it shall be better, if you buy ready to move flat as buying an under construction flat, would be having an uncertainty attached to it. You can ask for builder-buyer agreement, Payment made and payment to be made. prior to proceeding further, visit the site, have a look at the flat, visit office of the builder and try to know the factual situation. Please do take the assistance of an advocate prior to entering into the agreement.

for resale you need to ask for
-booking letter
-allotment letter
-all payment receipts
-buyer- seller agreements
-possession letter if any
-transfer set
For original booking the builder will do all formalities, be in touch with me if require any further assistance.
