How to protect my land from acquisition by government authorities?

Hi My father got 2 acres land from my grand father( Heritage). There is a side of the Government Land. One Person did buy land from Govt. Now he did give notice to us and the person said to officers " they did occupy some place of me'. We have all land details and we did register. Now officers also saying thing. We have all details Passbook, Registration Papers, still we facing problem. Please give me advices and suggestions. What should we do to protect our land.
You don't have to worry about it because, you have all the legitimate paper supporting your claim, also, if you wish then you can construct boundary around your property. you can also move civil court and seek court orders for removal of the encroachment on your property if any and injunction restraining them disturbing your possession of land.
