Can siblings claim share in joint property of brother and parents

Can a brother or sister claim in the property which belongs to Mother Father and there Son (one) and his Wife. There are 3 brothers and 1 sister the property is made solely by One brother and his Wife.The 2 brothers and sister did not made any contribution in such property. Can they claim for such property. The property belongs to Mother Father and the Son and his Wife.
whether the said property is self acquired or ancestral property.
the said property is self acquired property no any body claim i.e. sibling brother or sister claim this property.
OR
the said property is belonging to ancestral property and partition was not done by brother and sister then anybody claim who is legal representative of the above-said property I.e. hindu undivided family property. not necessary they contribute or not cause they have equal share of these property.
but something is change of Hindu succession act.
