Maintanence claim for elder sister from younger brother u/s crpc 125

Unmarried elder brother is pray to pay maintanence for mentally insane unmarried elder sister who is living with elder brother, from married younger brother living seperatly with his family u/s crpc 125..Is it maintainable by the specific law? I am younger brother for them & belongs to Hindu religion.
