Previous employer not returning insurance training & exam certificate

My employer is doing insurance sales business on behalf of my training & licsense/exam certificate. On separation company is not returning my certificate as CEO thinks that these documents are company property
You may file a suit for injunction seeking directions from the court against your employer asking him to return your documents. You may serve them with a legal notice prior to filing such a case through advocate.

If your employer is not returning your documents then this is a criminal act and you can visit the nearest police station and register a complaint against the CEO of the company or else can simply send a demand notice through a lawyer for your documents and if he fails to handover the documents file the complaint because it is your property and no one can keep them without your permission.
