Management cell dismissing from job for proving false info, what to do

I had mentioned my great grand fathers name as my grandfather name during joining of my job in plant.Now management cell throw me out of my job for false information, then how can i case file and return my job.
What kind of an organisation is it? Is it a private organisation or a government entity. It appears that misrepresentation of particulars for example in this case the name of your grandfather is not a material misrepresentation and has no bearing on the selection of your candidature which solely depends on other criteria where merit is warranted. Since you have not misrepresented your age or merit related particulars I don't think you should be prejudiced by way of being terminated from your job.

how did your employer came to know about the false information. whether they have any information about the name of grand father, if so , then how is that they got that information also. please represent to your employer that this had happened inadvertently. is your employment post that sensitive.

You have a right to be heard before dismissal from job , if you are issued with any showcause notice before dismissal or termination then you can file a case
