How to cancel the Resignation Letter sent to Employer?

I have resigned from my job on 15 Dec due harrasemt,hostile circumstances and Heath issue due to over work. They accept my resignation as volunteering service resigned but I request for cancel my resignation but they going to release me after one month.CAN I GET MY JOB BACK
A resignation letter given by one's own free will which has duly been accepted by the employer cannot be reversed back in order to retain the employee for such post to which he was earlier been serving.
The only way of reversion is the employee giving in writing that he wish to continue with the job and wants his resignation letter to be dropped by the employer and the employer agreeing to same. If the employer refuses to accept such plea of the employee then the employee has to leave the organization finding a job at some other place.
