Brother got father's job don't want him to take benefits of the job?

Sir My father expired in 2012 by an road accident. He was a government employe. My elder brother got job on behalf my father. Now he got married and doesn't give any financial or physical help and he lives desperate. My mother want that he should not liable to get compensation from insurance company. Please advice what should we do?

You should take some action against your brother. as.
(1.) your mother and you (if you under 18) file maintenance complaint under 125 Cr.p.c. in chif judiciary Magistrate Court.
(2.) you should tell your brother that you can termination him from job by under provision THE UTTAR PRADESH RECRUITMENT OF DEPENDANTS OF GOVERNMENT SERVANTS DYING IN HARNESS RULES 1974 WITH AMENDMENT RULES 2001 section 5(4).
