What is the law for marrying a foreigner girl

Hy I live in delhi and I want to marry a girl from holland in delhi , we r muslim , which document is require to marry in Delhi . And which document she need from her counsulate . Under which act we can marry special marrige act or foriegn marrige act . After marrige how can she extend her visa . I want to know the whole procedure of marrige with all documents needed . Can we marry ist accoutring to muslim law here then we can apply to register our marrige to registrar , plzz give me detail
I suppose you are an Indian citizen. You marriage can happen through muslim personal law or by way of registration under Special Marriage Act. In case you marry under muslim personal law, a nikahnama should be proof of marriage. In case you wish to take the Special Marriage Act route, make sure that either the bride or the groom must be living in India for at least 30 days prior to applying to the local registry office to get married. For foreigners, this is evidenced by a certificate from the local police station (to be confirmed with the marriage registrar's office). Documents required are - residence certificate, certified copies of passports, birth certificates, two passport sized photographs each. Further, some country specific documents may be required such as single status affidavit, a Certificate of No Impediment etc.
