Wife blackmailing by putting wrong allegations of daughter's rape

My wife has an affair and when i found it as a proof.. she started blackmailing me by saying that u rape my daughter and i will file a rape case against you. Which is absolutely wrong. Please suggest what to do and how will i save my relatives
You can record her statement as and when she threatens you and can become a strong evidence against the wife , you can also show the evidences of the illicit relationship and file for divorce on that ground , Rape is not that easy to prove unless you have done something which is of culpable nature !! Your daughter if she is not under her influence can depose in your favour. First of all you record her conversation where she is threatening you

No one can prove that you have raped your daughter if you have not raped her untill and unless your daughter gives such statements, so try to win her to your side. You should as soon as possible file a complaint of adultery against your wife and may file for divorce on grounds of adultery before your wife goes on to file a case against you.
