Yes your parents are taking action against your partner in ipc 363,366, poco act ,and 376 registered f.i.r against . because your age is below 18 year .in this your consent is not valid .your friend will go in trouble. So you go home live your friends .it's good for you and your friends

Legaly age of marriage is 21 years for boy and 18 years for girl but if both of u are above 18 then u can live with ur partner although ur parents are against ur relationship... U cant marriage but live together

my dear friend , as you stated that you are a minor in this case your parents can get Restraining order , restraining order can get in various forms through injunction . they have rights Under the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act,1956 for your welfare .

Yes till you atrain age of majority your guardian will be your parents. If you go out or stay with your boyfriend your parents will be having option to file Fir under section 363/366 of ipc against the boy. They can file habeas corpus petition before high court. Please note all thease thing legally done till you attain age of majority.
