Q: how to get Maintenance if rejected by family court

I had a married with Muslim boy in front of kaazi by followed Muslim rule, but after one and half year I was filed matainense case for me & my daughter but I don't know why court was rejected my maintenance? Only my daughter got 5000 /month.

Sir, me From Dec 2012 central govt job me Mumbai me hu nd meri shadi June 2007 me hui nd registration June 2010 after Gona. Wife ka Completely different nature hone k karn me mere sath nhi rkhna chahta hu, wife dowery nd etc case file krne ki dhamki de rhi h sath hi job se suspend or terminate karwane ki bhi dhamki de rhi h, sir my questions is that my job is secure or not and anticipatry bail mil skti h ya nhi

Q: selected in rpsc ldc exam but I have pending case of ipc 323,341 & 34

 I have faced a critical situation when I was playing holi. some persons 3 or 4 whom I don't know well, abused and attacked on me because they had drunk. After that they came to my house and abusing to all family members and try to attack on 2-3 other relatives. We went to police and wrote a fir against them. They also wrote a fir against me and my brother in ipc 323, 341 and 34. . After 5 days of that incident I have selected in rpsc ldc exam. rpsc took detail form from selected candidates. There was a police verification form. The bharti may be completed in 1-2 months. Now the situation is critical for me that what should I do? I am afraid of my job whereas I got 1105 rank from 6541. I don't know about next process to get job plz show me right path.

आपको यदि पुलिस प्रकरण में दोषी मानकर चालान करती है तो आपको समस्याै है, पुलिस जांच में नाम निकालती है तो आप भर्ती हो सकते हैं, चार्जशीट पेश हो चुकी है तो राजीनामा से निस्ताचरण संभव है अथवा आप धारा 12 प्रोबेशन एक्टी का फायदा ले सकते हैं
