How to known case judgement copy

Respected Sir/Madam, Greeting of day! Sir , My grandfather is worked in rajasthan police and suspended in 1972.He was passed away in 1992 but my elder uncle cheated my father and case status is not giving although i know my grandfather win the case and money also given but my elder family not given any information about case. So, I want to know that I get judgement copy of court. Looking forward for your kind response and cooperation. Thanks & Regards Datar S Nathawat
Sir ap sabse pahle apke dadaji ke department se right to information se related information and document collect kare .... uske baad ap department ko legal notice send karwaye.... jisse ki apko department se ho sakta he saari information mil jaaye

Hi, you can obtain a copy of the order from the concerned court's website easily and free of cost. If the order is of a High Court, it should be easily available.

you can apply for the certified copy of the judgment from the Court which had passed the order. it is a simple procedure wherein an application is moved to take the certified copy of the order. some minor miscellaneous expenses are incurred.
