How to escape a false case filled by wife

21-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
My sister son got married & the girl stayed for 3 days & went back to parents & they asked to make a separate home which was done but didn't stay there. Later filed a false dowry & harassment case. She has not furnished any documentary evidence or witness to support her complaint to the police even after 8 notices & the police also have not filled the chargesheet even after 11 months. Now she is threatening us of complaining to Mahila Ayog though the case is pending in Mysore court. We have been severely harassed by that girl. Please advise

Here u can approach the High court to quash the complaint and FIR filed by the wife in which case the case will be closed and if the high court does not quash and chargesheet is filed then engage a lawyer give him all deatils and fight the case and get acquitted.

Better you approach the Hon'ble High Court to quash the FIR as the complainant not produced any supportive oral or documentary evidence. You may also seek divorce and marriage not materialized. one should resist and protest conduct of recently married girls, it is a social evil.

You can record all her threats and show it as an evidence against her.It is wise to control emotions as her tactic is to provoke you for maximum gain.Your sister's son also can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.
