Harrasment from in laws saying will cut electricity n water connection

My in laws harrasing me n my husband n me staying seprate on third floor and my inlaws staying at ground floor. My husband disd all the expanse for construction on third floor. Now my inlaws telling us ti leave the house. Or they will cut or electricity n water connection. With out this both we cannot leave in our house. We r paying for it since from the first day we r staying at 3rd floor.

Nobody can cut your connection without your permission if your in laws are threatening you Please file a complaint in your nearest police station immediately. also if you are paying the bills the connection will not be cut so do not worry. please contact your local lawyer for further advice
