Legal action when society chairman not giving maintenance receipts

Flat apartment no society formed I am giving mainatence always on time now when I asked no dues ceritificate and maintence recipts ,so called chairman did not replied when I stopped paying maintence they stopped taking garbage outside of house chairman is telling to share my request to all flat owners which is I dont feel proper way also if no garbage collection m i liable to pay maianatnece ?
You can deny to pay the maintenance if they are not giving you the receipts. If they are not providing you the promised maintenance services, then you can also deny to pay the maintenance. You have all the rights to ask for the receipts of payment. You can further complaint the relevant authority regarding the same for issuance of receipts.
