can I file extortion case against my wife

Kindly please advice me following 1- Scope of extortion case husband can file against wife who filed false crpc 125,dv,498a against husband and all family member living in other state. 2- where to file in police station or complain case in court. 3-can I have sample copy of draft . 4- what to highlight 5- I have given 2lacs to father in law cash have withdrawn detail of mine but no writing please suggest regards
You may do so by preferring a 156(3 ) petition before a Magistrate or by filing a complaint case under section 200 crpc. It is improbable that Police will lodge a FIR in the matter against your wife and other in-laws so a lot of time has elapsed already. So pls follow one of the remedies described above.

Legally extortion apply if money was received from u by putting u in fear of any injury.false 125, DV,498a can be called false if they r not proved true.However u can still issue them Notice , complain in police or in court directly as well for draft can contact.

Hi, Do you have reasonable proof which you can prove before the court of law that your wife extorted you? To file an extortion case you have to file a case before court. Do you have any proof that you have paid your Father in Law 2 lakh. Any witness who can depose before court of law will also do the needful.

No, Mr. X, there is no law in India which permits you to file an extortion case against a wife who already had filed cases against you u/s 125 Cr.Pc. and u/s 498A IPC.. Try some other legitimate ground for having remedy against your wife.
