If you have lost documents first of all file a first information report in nearest police station, and as divorce decree is concerned apply fof a certified copy of the order in the office of the court premises from where it was issued.

If u will provide your MC case number and court hall number, we can apply in the court along with supporting affidavit, we can get new one in the court if that records are available in court.

Where you filed divorce petition, in that same court only you can get all the documents, and judgment and decree etc. You can get through filing vakalath by lawyer on behalf of you. Consult more if you are getting confusion or legal help.

Ans: you can approach the same court which granted the decree of divorce and apply for a copy of the same. it will be available with the court registry for a period of 20 years. either you can personally go and obtain the same or through an advocate you can get a copy of the same
